Bratenahl Mayors Court

The Village of Bratenahl Mayor’s Court is located at:

411 Bratenahl Road

Bratenahl, Ohio 44108

Court is in session every other Tuesday evening.

The location, date, and time of your scheduled appearance is indicated on your ticket.

OVI cases are scheduled to be heard at 5:30 PM.

 All other Mayor’s Court cases are scheduled for 6:00 PM.

Cases are heard on a first come – first served basis.

All fines and costs are due the night of court.

WAIVER SCHEDULE

Your ticket may not require a court appearance. Unless the box indicating “Personal Appearance Required” has been checked, you may pay your fine before the court date listed on your ticket.

 Acceptable forms of payment are cash, money order, personal check, Visa or MasterCard (Visa and MasterCard are only accepted in person not over the phone) All returned checks will be assessed a $25 return check fee.
